Crossiron Mills

Concord Security has been chosen to provide security services at Ivanhoe Cambridge's newest shopping centre, CrossIron Mills.

CrossIron Mills is a unique landmark development 2 ½ km north of the future Stoney Trail/Deerfoot Trail interchange adjacent to Hwy #2, the busiest transportation corridor in the Province of Alberta. Once completed, the project will be home to over a dozen anchor tenants as well as approximately 175 specialty stores and will offer a unique mix of value retail and contemporary entertainment set in an ambience of distinctive design and architecture.

The Primary Trade Area includes Calgary, the fifth largest urban market in Canada with a population of over 1.1 million people and is considered to be Canada’s fastest growing major City. With the total Trade Area of 1.5 million people reaching West to Banff, North to Red Deer, Southeast to Medicine Hat and South to Lethbridge, the centre is being developed in Canada’s most affluent and well-educated major market boasting the highest Retail Sales Per Capita.
